الملخص

Corbels are short-hunched cantilevers that project from inner face of columns to support heavy concentrated loads or beam reactions. They are very important structural elements for supporting precast beams, girders and any other form of precast structure systems. This paper reviews the results of high strength for twelve corbel made from slurry-infiltrated fiber concrete (SIFCON) and tested under the influence of the vertical force applied to it. With different variables including volume fraction of steel fibers (5%, 6%, and 7%), the shear span to effective depth ratio, with values of 0.4, 0.5, and 0.6, reinforcement steel bar 2Ø12mm and 3Ø12mm , and mixed fiber hooked end and micro. This variables have an affected on the mechanical properties of concrete, such as  cracking load, ultimate load, and load-deformation curve.
