The commercial group of companies is characterized by the multiplicity and complexity of its relationships. The group is based on cooperation between companies to implement a single project. This multiplicity and diversity of relationships makes it difficult to rule on liability in accordance with the general rules of civil law for several reasons, including that it is a commercial act that imposes its own rules, especially with regard to solidarity between debtors. Also, the relationships in it are not always in opposite or similar directions. There are similar relationships, such as those between members of a group of companies, and reciprocal relationships, as is typical in contracts, like the one between members and their employer. All of this makes the rules of civil liability in the group of commercial companies matters of great importance.
