Publication Regulations
1. The research must not have been previously published in any peer-reviewed scientific journal or other publication, and must not be part of a published book or university dissertation.
2. Upon receipt of the research by the journal, the researcher undertakes not to submit it to any other journal or publication.
3. The research must be written in Word format, proofread, and adhere to the accepted scientific methodology in terms of: introduction, problem, objectives, methodological approach, conclusion, results, and recommendations.
4. All research must be subject to Turnitin review, and plagiarism must not exceed 20%.
5. Research must be submitted for academic evaluation, and the researcher must make the required amendments within two weeks of notification; otherwise, the research will be rejected.
6. Publication fees are collected as follows:
- (100,000) one hundred thousand Iraqi dinars for each local research paper not exceeding 30 pages.
- $100 (one hundred US dollars) for each foreign research paper not exceeding 30 pages.
- An additional amount of (2,000) Iraqi dinars will be added for each page exceeding the maximum limit.
7- The research expresses the opinion of the researcher alone, and the editorial board bears no responsibility for its content.
8- The researcher must adhere to academic integrity by not borrowing the ideas of others without citing their sources.
9- The research must be submitted exclusively through the Open Journal System (OJS) through the journal's website. Research submitted via other means is not accepted.
10- Researchers can access the journal's website via the following link: https://www.muthuni-ojs.org/index.php/mjlps.
11- The journal reserves the right to make formal amendments to the texts, provided that they do not affect the content, to improve their clarity and formatting in accordance with publication standards.
12- The journal apologizes for returning received research papers, whether published or unpublished.
