Furthermore, the study analyzes the emergence, objectives, and impact of the "Qurban" group on Iraqi society. Additionally, it discusses the legal confrontation of extremist religious groups in Iraq, using the "Qurban" group as a model for this confrontation. The effectiveness of Iraqi legal texts in prosecuting these groups is evaluated. We conclude with the necessity to develop legal strategies to address extremist religious groups with harmful non-violent or self-directed activities.)
