The theory of abuse of rights is a fundamental principle of civil law, aiming to achieve a balance between the exercise of individual rights and the protection of public and private interests. However, this principle may be misused to justify practices that contribute to the spread of violent extremism, whether through the misuse of freedom of expression, the exploitation of religious rights, or the manipulation of laws to achieve extremist ideological goals. The problem of the study focused on the extent to which the abuse of rights is considered extremist. We divided the research into three sections. The first section was titled "The Concept of Abuse of Rights and Violent Extremism." The second section was devoted to the forms of abuse of rights as a tool for violent extremism. Finally, the third section was titled "The Penalty for the Abuse of Rights as a Tool for Violent Extremism."
